in my 2009 forester, there appears to be an unequal torque with the right front getting the higher torque most of the time. This is indicated by tire wear (aligned perfectly) with the right front (OEM) wearing out (perfectly even wear) in 21 k miles and all others in about 30 k. Is there an electronic adjustment that can be made or is this a 'spring pressure' mismatch within the transmission.

The front diff is an open differential, unless the right front is spinning due to lost traction it will have the same power as the left front.

I would say look else where for the excessive tire wear, do they all have the same tread wear ratting? There is a possibility it may just be a bad tire....
