Not that I have found and there's no mention of such capability in the OM. This is the first vehicle I've ever had that didn't turn on all interior lights when the dimmer was turned all the way up.
Just be thankful ... my sister's Camry lighting is all automatic. You can't manually adjust the illumination at all, and the gauges are totally dark if there's any outside light at all.
