That's right...I've labeled you guys as "Triple Trouble" because that's what you guys are! Trouble! haha, I've dubbed Remington as the leader of the pack just because I can ;) haha.

Anyways, not exactly sure where to post this thread, so I'm going to post it here, and a mod can move it if it's not in the right place...there isn't a general "Picture" thread, and the "Member Gallery" is really confusing since it doesn't fit into a sub thread and I'm not sure if I want to start my own on the main page (since I'm a n00b and all)

I know you guys were wondering when I'd be getting these up, and I messaged Rem last night (around 10pm?) that I'd get to them soon, but I decided to pull an all nighter since I couldn't sleep anyways. I blurred the license plates as requested by 04XT's lovely wife (I ended up doing all of them if they were visible, since I had to do 1 XT anyways).

Onto the Goodies!!

I didn't mind if others took pictures during the shoot, but my one rules was if you got in my shot, I'd yell at you to strike a pose! Remington had to learn the hard way... Sorry Rem, but I warned you! :Banane29:

Remington's headlight crapped out a few seconds before I got this shot! You should really get that fixed...lol I tried to Photoshop in another light, but it didn't look right, so I just left it the way it was.

We got some shots down on the parkway. I had everybody stop where I had a view of the Canadian Falls so I could get it in the background. To see the coloured version of this first photo here, click the Flickr link at the bottom of the thread.

After the parkway, we headed to the Fallsview Casino, since they have a really fancy pull up and it's all lit up with lights at night time. This is the most popular casino in Niagara Falls and was built in 2004, so it's fairly new and definitely glamorous! Perfect for some Foresters, no?

We then got some VIP parking for some more shots. Some old ladies saw us pull up and thought someone famous was coming out of one of the XT's, so they pulled their cameras out and waited patiently and watched myself and the others walk around and snap photos. When we were leaving, they asked us what was going on, and after we explained we were just doing a small photo shoot, they had a good laugh over it. They did ask to take my picture beside Remington's Forester though, which I thought was super cute and rather funny.

I wanted to get some photos in front of the big Ferris wheel down on Clifton Hill since that's a pretty well known landmark in Niagara Falls. We made a couple passes down the hill but we couldn't park on the one side of the street that we needed to be on. Finally the spots opened up and I jumped out to snap some photos before we wrapped it up. This was the best of the bunch.

I know you guys wanted to submit some photos for the Calendar, so if you guys want to search through the links above and let me know which photos you want submitted (I can submit up to 5), I'll go ahead and upload the high-res images without my logo to the FTP provided.

It'd probably be best to email me at [email protected] with "SF.org Calendar Photo Submission" as the subject and a LINK to the photo you want submitted.

Hope you guys enjoy! I'll be in touch with you all soon.
Have a great day!

Great photos.

You can tell the difference a professional makes.
Thanks outlaw :)

I've mostly focused on event coverage of car shows over the last 4-5 months (I logged 19 car shows this summer alone), and I've only done a handful of exclusive shoots (this being my 3rd). Add the fact that it was raining, and overall rather icky weather, I think I did alright, lol.

Nat, those are some amazing shots, I will check them all out tonight. We'll be in touch... Thanks for blackening the plates. Although we had a rainy evening I think all colors became a lot more vivid IMO... my hat to you Nat.

The JDM-spec bumper cover would be a good idea too... he was saying how his wasn't a perfect fit with his bumper.

Yes, I still have high beam capabitily this is a bi-xenon set up. Head lights look great, fogs look great as well and I am also running yellow HID. The only issue, is that when I am running all 4 lights, the high beam indicator inside the dash glows very dim. Also when running all 4 and I flash or turn on the high beams, I can not shot-off the high beams not until I shot-off the fogs. I know there is a solution for this but I haven't really look into it, I believe it's only a simple wire issue.

Yes it is a SYMS grill and head ligth covers. The fitting on the grill is perfect IMO but the head light covers not so flush. I think because in NA the head ligths are a bit different. I got them from a local guy here in Ontario who got them directly from SYMS. It took over 4 weeks but I am sure japanparts.com can get them for you in a much shorter time. I got the STi scoop from them in less than 10 days.

Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback everybody!
I'd have to agree that the colours definitely popped! The colours are all natural, I didn't have to increase any of the colours in my post work. Fozzies in the rain look spectacular! I'm hoping I can get some more shots of duderotomy's XT once winter hits.

I'm in the process of waiting on duderotomy & the crew to select 5 of the images to be submitted for the SF Calendar. I'm hoping at least one of the images I submit are chosen.
