Hello Friends...
I there any body who knows how often do I have to change the transmission oil to my Forester 2.0XT 2005 (it´s just a regular AT, not sequential)?
Also I will appreciate if you recommend me a good ATF fluid.
I have also heard that it is good to change the transmission fluid (transmission) occasionally. Does anybody know how often is recommended?

I am not sure there is a recommendation but I think its prudent to do a drain every 15K miles. A drain and fill replaces about 50% of the fluid. You probably will get about 3.5 liters out on a drain.

I would go with the Subaru stuff.

Since yours is an older model, it should require dex 3 for the AT. Any good dex 3 will work. On the AT models the front diff has its own fill, which requires 75w90 gear oil (same as the rear diff).
