Lol, this is so wrong...a Subaru towing my Mitsu again. The post is also not what it seems. Can I just use a tow strap to pull my GVR4 out of the garage for a total of about 20 feet of movement. I am doing some work on it and the slab is sloped. I always have a hard time moving awd vehicles that have been sitting for a while especially when the surface just outside of the garage is just made of gravel.

Can the FXT do this much? Vehicle weight is about the same for both.

Thanks.

From memory, that trailer was closer to 500K plus an extra wet of wheels in the back of the tow Forester

At the time I didn't have +E entitlement on my licence, so had to drive with L plates with someone next to me who did.

I couldn't recommend towing that much weight over the distance I did from Newcastle to Brighton, I would certainly hire a LandCruiser or similar if I was to do it again but for the 20 feet or so OP asked - You will have no issue.

One of the reasons in ‘merica we own half ton pickups. I’m able to tow my toys and my boat.
