At 50,000 miles, The Yokohamas are shot.....215-60 R16 94H.

Hoping to find a quieter, less squeeky replacement. Michelin Primacy MXM4 rated #1 by Consumer Reports.

Has anyone tried this one ? Thanks !

CR's review is on the Michelin Primacy MXV4, not the MXM4, IIRC. We have 'em on my wife's '06 Honda Accord and are very happy with their overall performance.

This is a very highly regarded tire, and has scored well in Tire Rack's tests as well as with their customers. The Primacy MXV4 215/60R16 94H model has a "Green X" tag and appears to be considered a "low rolling resistance" (LRR) tire.

See: Tire Rack Tire Test Report
and: Survey Results: Grand Touring All-Season Tires

A new tire worth considering is the Yokohama Avid ENVigor. Initial survey results are very promising indeed.
