The seller has 100% feedback with reviews of others Subaru owners being happy about their purchases (among others). I though the Spec C had a notch cut out of the top, which is not present in the 3 photos?

I thought the only difference with the SPec C TMIC was that they are a bit wider, similar is size to the 08+ STi TMIC.

w/out actual dimensions, its impossible to determine if its USDM or JDM.

That's what I was afraid of and requested input. The seller seems to have a decent source cause there are multiple items listed. I've got time and don't need one ASAP but keeping my eyes open. Thanks

Those things are listed all the time by the same seller. The crappy thing is he uses the same stock photos for all of his TMIC's. Even at it's current price ($225 shipped) I don't think it is a great deal since it is only the core. You add in buying the breather hoses, y-pipe, and elbow you are well over $300. You are probably better off watching IWSTI for a decent used 08+ STI one I have seem one for as little as $250 shipped. I got mine for 08 STI TMIC for $280 shipped and it had everything but the BPV.
