Several weeks ago I noticed a rattle that seemed to be coming from under the driver's seat when I braked or turned sharply. So after parking I felt around under the seat and discovered a marble-like glass sphere about 14 mm in diameter (a little over 1/2 inch) on one of the several small, non-carpeted areas under the seat. It is translucent (almost clear) with a slight pink tinge and several tiny air bubbles within (photo attached). Today I heard a similar rolling/rattling sound, and found another, slightly smaller sphere under the passenger seat. The only thing I can think of is that these are ball bearings that have somehow fallen out of the sliding seat tracks, but wouldn't those be steel? Any thoughts or answers would be appreciated, other than suggesting that a child with marbles has been in the vehicle.
