My dad was in the Army & I spent lots of time on McChord AFB as a kid. I worked part time on Fort Lewis for a couple years when I was in Vocational Technical school, so those buildings & layout look very familiar! There's a reason for that.... KSLN was formerly Schilling (sp?) AFB, and some of the buildings have been recycled into the campus.
It is, in fact, really, really flat. And straight. I am seriously in need of some curvy roads.
Just want to revert to the Uhaul wiring picture. just WOW. I can't believe the quality of work that some people think is acceptable. If if I worked there, I would be embarrassed to let it leave the shop like that!A picture speaks eleventy billion words about how much this place sucks. I will have to re-do the wiring at some point. I was so tired of dealing with these buffoons that I just went home...
K-STATE AT SALINA :smile:Do you have a link to the school you're attending? It sounds interesting

I've been to a carwash... four times in the last week? I need to go again, more mud is falling off the bottom. First time I just needed to get the lights visible and grille/radiator/engine clean, second I got some out of the wheel wells, third I did the trans/driveshaft tunnel and more of the underbody (mud kept falling and rubbing against the driveshaft... that's an annoying sound, and this last time I actually started on the outside of the car. :crazy:Now that's what I'm talking about!
I hope you have a local car wash you can go to. :icon_eek:

Well, on one of these sort of drives... you don't really know how long the drive is going to be. :lol:Say what?! You take a 174 mile drive without your good camera? :icon_eek: Still... the picture isn't too bad.
What were you doing... looking for a hill!

I filled up at $2.68 a gallon for 89 octane today (there is a station in town that sells 89 for the same price as other stations' 87).20$ is about 9L petrol over here
Meaning for me it would be a short trip
