I might be missing something, but I'm trying to find a guide on how to do an easy, low budget, low boost TD04 setup on my '03X. Just looking for an extra 40-50hp. Can some point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Your cheapest (and more reliable) route to go would be to trade up to an XT really. The NA motor wasn't designed for a turbo, so it'll decrease your reliability a bit. I know others have done it with successful results, but it'll be a headache and probably cost you double or triple what you think it'll run. See Bobby's MOD journal for what he did with his X. I'm sure he'll chime in as well.

x2 ^^ Sell and buy an XT. This isn't a Honda and for the time 'n effort you're way ahead buying an OEM setup. Don't forget all the extra's you'll have with an XT like rear diff....
