Swedish 2013 - Head unit compatibility?

I have a Swedish 2013 (US 2014) Forester with base audio (Clarion CF425LM), where BT has stopped working. It is stuck in "BT - Please Wait" whatever I try to do. The rest of the modes work fine though. I have tried disconnected the battery and also tried connecting the phone with USB cable as recommended in some threads, but nothing helps. I assume BT is toast, and I need that.
I've found a used 2014 unit at a breakers which is branded as HarmanKardon, but the label info states : Clarion model PF-3488, Subaru # 86201SG430.

Anyone know if these are compatible ? It looks identical to the one I have.
