Well, I ordered a rear diff protector and some whiteline endlinks from subaruwrxparts on Oct 4th. It's now the 10th and I have not received an email from DHL stating that the items have been shipped. Both said they were in stock and ready to ship within 24 hrs on the website. I called subaruwrxparts today and got some half-assed excuse of "the computers are down and I'm not the computer guy so I can't tell you if they've shipped or not, call back tomorrow or friday" They also charged me for the order on the 8th.

I haven't had a bad experience with subaru vendore yet... well see what happens here.

anyone delt with these guys and had something simillar happen?

Well, parts got here in a timely fashion, just arrived via UPS instead of DHL (much rather have UPS handle my stuff) I did receive the wrong endlinks, but I did get a prompt response to my email regarding the endlinks, so hopefully things will get rolling here and I'll have the right set shortly!
