Placed an order on Friday the 13th and got an email from someone named Mike the next day.
Said belt tensioner I ordered (shown on their site for my 2012) was the wrong one and he said
the correct part was more expensive and he needed my approval to proceed with the order.
He also told me he applied a 5% discount although the total price is now higher than when the
order was placed! I responded twice already asking him to send me the pricing changes so we
can proceed with the order and it's been nothing but crickets ever since. I don't know the status
of my order and getting very impatient with this terrible customer service. Anyone here have
a similar experience with this vendor? I hate to waste time dealing with crap like this 👎

Finally heard back from them today, after 5 days of waiting which indicates to me
that they do not want my business. No explanation or information regarding the
wrong part listed on their site and no apology for the delay with communication.
Entire order was canceled by me to avoid any more headaches.
