There is a second connector on the stock harness, what is it??? See pic below:
So what does it do?

Speed / parking break? Stock subwoofer connection? Ideas?

Can you clarify what the wire colors are? I was looking at a wire diagram and I do not see any purple wires. Also, is that one wire, yellow with red stripe or vice versa?
