Step colder plugs and good wires, tranny fluid change

Looking to do some step colder plugs, was wondering what others have ran if anyone is close to my setup. I have a 2005 fxt

Vf39 turbo
07' sti top mount
Stage 3 pro tune
Stp intake
3" downpipe

I figure Im near the 310whp and 330wtq point.

Id like to make it a complete tune up so potentially fuel filter as well. Not sure if there is a preferred set of plug wires that are best. Unsure which plugs to go with as well.

All suggestions are welcome.

Laslty, I need to do a tranny fluid change on the 4eat thats in it, what do I need to know? Should I take it somewhere or is it better done at home unless its a dealer.

Thank you everyone

NGK LFR7AIX - +1 colder gapped to .028” down to .022” (use a tighter gap with higher boost/power and/or if using higher ethanol fuel blends)

Our ignition system is coil-on-plug style (no wires):
