Silly question perhaps but, we recently bought a 2015 Subaru Forester 2.51 Premium that had a standalone XM radio unit installed. I started up the subscription yesterday but for the life of me can't find an option on the vehicle's radio to switch to play the stand alone XM radio. Anybody know how to play this unit through the vehicle's stereo?

A question is a question but an answer would be just conjecture at least take a few pictures once you have enough posts. My short answer see if 3.5 mm Jack connection is availability or if the XM add-on is BT.

I did notice an FM input on the back of the XM unit. A cord was plugged into it and run back through the dash along with the other cables from the unit. I unplugged it and plugged in an auxiliary cable from the car and it worked. I'm guessing though there must be a less hinky way especially since there was a cable plugged into that jack.
