For those of us using PP Full synthetic oil have you noticed some dirty deposit sitting in the bottom of the oil can? Here's a close up I poured into the cap.
What the hell is it?

Lots of posts about this on BITOG. Consensus is that it's additive that's settled and is harmless. Recommendation is to shake the container before you pour.

Heading ovr to BITOG, thank you.

... sure as H*ll wouldn't be my recommendation.
I'd decant the 'clean' oil and use that only; would never add particulates into an oil fill for my car.
And next fill I'd be using some different oil.

They aren't particulates, they are the additive that fell out of suspension. As soon as it circulates it goes back into suspension. If you don't shake and you have fallout you've reduced the additive for your oil.
