They aren't particulates, they are the additive that fell out of suspension. As soon as it circulates it goes back into suspension. If you don't shake and you have fallout you've reduced the additive for your oil.... sure as H*ll wouldn't be my recommendation.
I'd decant the 'clean' oil and use that only; would never add particulates into an oil fill for my car.
And next fill I'd be using some different oil.
