Haha I don't want to look ricey really, I'll be getting Brembos as soon as I swap my car anyway, so I cal deal with the plain brakes till then. Given I get a complete STi (wrecked)
If you do it right, you won't look ricey... I'm going to at least put the SUBARU lettering on my brakes so they look more stock... sucks that it has to be painted on though but oh well... Looks for now, when I have money I'll do actual performance brakes... eventually
You can get the vinyl lettering right? That would look good...maybe I'll look into it, but my priorities are going back to biking for the summer. You'll see the final mods I'm doing in the near future in my journal, and that will be it for a while. I broke my collar bone yesterday so I have lots of spare time now. Yay?
Looking good Dems.
I'm liking the torques Dempsey... not to mention the adjusted stance.
Thanks guys.

Remington, if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have had the courage to buy / install struts.... So super thanks to you!!
Hmm... maybe one day I'll be able to afford bigger brakes... but wait, then I could't run small wheels for rally action

Btw... you should just paint them.. who really cares?
I paint mine black.... so that all you see is shiny rotor disc. :p

Looking sharp, sir.
Kind of a test mod... Strip of vinyl over the top of my center console.... tell me what you guys think... I might be painting it if I like it enough... Plus the vents could use some blackness too! muahahahah!

Looks pretty good to me
So the Foz got owned yesterday....
nothing a few cable ties and some duct tape can't fix?

That's exactly why it got owned! I'm tired of having my lip unpainted and held on by 3M tape and Zipties.... So I'm permanently attaching it and making my bumper a custom FXT / Importology Bumper

Also, I took off the orange reflectors that were on the headlights! Doesn't it look odd....?

If by 'odd' you mean better, than yes!!!!!! No orange = FTW!!!!!
Great Foz! goodluck w/ front bumper.

wheel offset and tires size???
Is it a bad thing that your car looks kind of cool without the front bumper cover?

wheel offset and tires size???
Thanks!! Already started... This plastic weld stuff is insane!

17x9 uh crap what's offset??

245/40/17 tires which one has a leak oh noes!!! Time for some 255/45/17's yay!!

Is it a bad thing that your car looks kind of cool without the front bumper cover?
Um... Nope!! It'll be a month till the bumper is back on (I'm quite a bit broke / busy with school / gonna take
my time putting the two pieces together and sanding...)

So yeah... I like how it looks and I'm glad cuz I gotta deal with it!!!

Oh and the orange reflectors have lame square cut out pieces for the light to shine through... I think I'll get purple bulbs and clear plastic to cover the holes / diffuse the light!!

Doesn't look too bad so far... aside from needing a uniform coat of paint over everything.

Nobody will paint it. Well actually... Most places won't paint it because they wouldn't be able to warranty it since the seam where I epoxy'd the lip on is "likely to crack."

Other places wanted $640 to paint it and that's insane to paint a freaking bumper cover!! (this is WITHOUT installation too!)
