pretty new to all car stuff, this prob has been asked multiple times before.
i own a 2003 foz X 2.5 and i want to lower it, am i able to put low springs on the stock struts or do i need to buy like wrx struts ?

Welcome.
Do a search as there are multiple posts on this under the suspension modifications and in the European section. If your car has SLS at the rear you have to replace the struts/springs with non-SLS ones.
You can get Forester specific KYB or Tokico D-spec struts and some lowering springs.
Alternatively, WRX sedan struts with WRX wagon springs will also do.
I will have a set of FSTI springs for sale soon.
