Hey guys, this is going to be my first post, not including the intro post. Anyways, A couple of days ago, I left my Forester parked for a couple of hours and came back only to find that the passenger side mirror got a hole in it. The mirror itself is ok, but the front cover have a hole on it. I'm sure I can get replacement parts from the dealer, but I just don't have the money right now (being a student).
Luckily for me, I found the pieces of the broken mirror on the ground and plan to glue it back on the mirror. I didn't want to just glue it with crazy glue, since I don't know how strong that will be, so I thought of strengthening the structure from inside the cover.
And that brings me to the problem. For me to do that, I would have to remove the front mirror cover, something I don't know how to do. So I'm asking you guys if anyone knows how to take off the cover safely. Thanks in advance:icon_wink:
