Been looking for advice on older posts but cant find what im looking for, how can I find out if my forester has self levelling suspension? ? It is a UK spec 2004 model 2.0xt. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure all the UK spec XTs of 2004 vintage had self levelling rear suspension as standard.

All SF and SG's turbo's had SLS as standard in the UK, look for the 'coke cans' on an SG, that link is wrong for SF's though!

Yep,it does,have the same car and replaced mine with Pedders,very happy so far

Having just driven 7 miles up and down dale with 300kg in the back I can likely say mine are SLS despite not having the cans on the side of the strut.

All SG XTs have SLS.
