What with all the "useless" evaluation posts on this feature, it served me well recently.
The light came on. A quick visual tire check revealed a big flathead nail in the tread of one tire (gauge reading - around 20 psi). This was enough to get me to the tire repair shop. Otherwise, I probably would have come out on some cold morning to see a total flat.
TPMS :woohoo:

My wife has also had a good experience with the TPMS in the Sienna (a leak at 110 KPH that could have been nasty otherwise). However, it does not use any sensors in the wheel, but instead uses the ABS sensors. Seems to work well enough and no issue with faulty in-wheel sensors and the costs associated with that technology.
