I noticed plastic rubbing noise by turning steering wheel from right to left. Dealer replaced STRGROLL CONNECT SET, but the rubbing noise still there :crying:

Any idea?

Thank you

Strange that the dealer's service tech didn't test drive the car and notice that.
It's not your job to finish the dealer's mechanical work.

I'd sound/video record it, return to the dealer and play same to the service writer/manager.

EDIT: Twice I've had pebbles get into disc gap in front of brake caliper and they made a scrapping noise, just lift it out / fall out when remove caliper, but I don't recall turning corners having an impact.

@UhOh He did test drive the car in parking lot and notice that rubbing sound. The sound is from inside. Tech already checked everything he could...steering column, air bag, clock spring...he said everything is fine...

I will be contacting SOA soon. This is second time they replace clock spring
