URGENT NEED ASSISTANCE

I need the ECU pin out for a 2005 2.0 FXT or at least where the rpm signal is !!!!!

I am trying to install a MSD Window Switch

Hmmm...a 2.0 Fxt.. well although none of this is specific to your car, it does seem like the purple wire is the RPM wire on many Subaru ECU's.

Here are a couple of links to AVCR related information with pin-out wiring info. One has wiring pin-outs for the WRX, 04 Sti, and 05 Sti, and the other is the Apexi AVCR PDF installation manual which has wiring reference info on pages 57 and 58 of 61 .

i m workin on it although apexi has a different drawing for my sg5 version
mine is more simillar to sti (mayby becouse the car is vvti)

Others too just search ECU for the title only. Not sure if it will work for overseas though.

diagram was correct its same between latest sti impreza and my05 forester 2.0xt and 2.5xt due to vvti fuction
tks guys.
i added another 65 hp with nos set and a max 50.1 kgr torgue!!!! at 3500 rpm
i will post an extra topic with the mod
