Rough Idle, low speed engine stall

Hey everyone,

I've had my 03 forester for about 5 years now. It's got a japanese import engine block in it, the car itself is at about 156,000mi. The past month and a half I've been having a rough idle on the car and the engine will sputter and die at low speeds while in gear. When I put the car in park and restart the engine it turns back on no problem. Type of gas hasn't effected this, new plugs, new spark plug wiring, no vacuum leaks, and next on the list will be the throttle body gasket. It idles in park around 800rpm and idles in gear at about 600rpm or so. No codes being thrown and no check engine light. Low speed deceleration feels rough but I can't tell if it's engine or rotors needing some help.

Any thoughts guys? We've tried to re-teach the car it's idle rpm but that didn't work. The ignition on a cold start has also started to get worse.

My fuel mileage has decreased as well.
