Hi there, 1st timer here. I've dinged up my front end of my 2007 X base model and looking to buy a donor car for parts. Wondering if a 2003 or 2005 would do the job, or does it need to be exactly the same? Looking to replace the bonnet, headlights, FR guard, plastic bumper apron, grill, aluminium bumper reinforcement, and the upright strut in front of the radiator, maybe even the radiator itself. Any help appreciated

You'll need a 2006-2008 as the nose is different from 2003-2005.

Dang. They do seem to be a bit harder to come by. Cheers for the info! So anywhere in that 06-08 range should fit all the listed parts, even the internals? I'll keep an eye out.

Yes, the SG Forester had 2 versions 2003-2005 then a facelift 2006-2008.

"SG" is the series of Foresters. The first was SF, then SG, SH, SJ, SK is the latest.
