So went through a car wash yesterday and the two screws came off on the right front flap.

Emailed Rally Armor to see if they would sent me replacement hardware.

Just got off the phone with RA and they are sending the hardware via usps.
Should receive it in a few days.
Excellent company!

This is good news that the company stands behind their product like this. :)

Any idea why the two scews came off in the first place?

The screws came off most likely due to being loose.
After experiencing this I will never go through this type of car wash again with the XT.

the screws came off cuz their hardware isn't as good as you think it is. You're better off going to the nearest auto parts store and getting some spring style u clips to secure the screws so this doesn't happen again. I've encountered the problem repeatedly and this is the only solution that's fixed the problem.

any pictures of the clips you're talking about? I have a set of flaps coming this week and if these aren't hard to find i might just put them on from the beginning. I'd be bent out of shape if I lost one on the freeway after paying $130 bucks for them.

My bet is they purposely build in weak points in the hardware so that you have a flap get ripped off or hardware broken instead of having your bumper ripped off.

They are a great company with great employees and customer service. I love their flaps.
