Hello, I am replacing cylinder headgaskets on my 1998 Forester L and do not have the proper year Haynes manual. I have all the torque specs except for the camshaft bearing caps? I was told 14.5 ft lb for the outer and 7 ft lb for the rear two, but I would like some clarification. Thanks in advance, Dustin

Anyone? I'd like to torque these tonight and when I torqued them to 7 and 14 ft lbs the cams seem to be too tight???

still looking?

Were you able to find the information you needed? I will have the torque specs tomorrow morning and I'll post them here if you want.
