Problem with Speakers / Mute control

Maybe someone can help me
I have a New Forester Sport 2.5, 2019 and I have problems with the Starlink system...
I dont know why, I have no sound in my speakers... I made a reset of Starlynk and a full rest to fabric configuration but the problem persist...
Any sugestion???
