Popped out to the shops last night in my FXT and all was well, listening to one or two tunes at moderately high volume.

All was well when I switched the car off, but then when I started her up again afterwards, there was only sound coming from the sub in the boot. No sound at all from the front or rear speakers.

Could this be a blown fuse? I haven't had any problems before!

If it's all the speakers then main fuse or internal fuse in the stereo (if there is one. Or you wiring's melted !!!

Mute button..? (should work on the sub too though)

Think it must be the wiring as it they intermittently come back on. Checked the fuses and its not that.

Going to get the dealer to have a look at as still under warranty and I can't be bothered taking the whole dash apart to get to the back of the stereo!
