Ever since i bought my jdm 97 t/tb, it consumes alot of fuel! i cant get anything above 15 mpg. Its the ej20g engine. Does not sound like its missing and i dont feel any hesitation. Engine is bone stock except for:

Mods:
Full apexi downpipe and exhaust (catless)

Things i have done so far:

Replaced maf with a used oem one ( due to stalling issues when purchased )
Replaced knock sensor
Replaced oxygen sensor (Oem bosch)
Checked for vacuum leaks (could not find any)
Ran a bottle off Marvel in my tank
Switched to shell v-power (91 octance)
Had the timing belt done and replaced crankshaft pulley
Emptied out a can of gunk air intake and throttle body cleaner into the engine until flames came out the exhaust! :Banane36:
Maintained tires at 32psi

Any suggestions on what i should try next?
