a bit of a strange question... I need to know what year and model a subaru diff is from.
Let me start from the beginning, I race a lotus 7 replica in which I use a Subaru Diff bought from a scrapyard. The one inner CV boot tore and the CV self destructed and now I need a replacement.
What I do know
1. it is out of forester and the rear diff.
2. It is a viscous diff
3. Ratio is 4.44 (or thereabouts)
4. Numbers stamped on the CV cup are "DOJ 82AC 43 0 NTN F R S"
I'm not allowed to post any pictures or links, but can email them to anyone willing to assist
