I did a search and found nothing on what to do if the sensor is GOOD.

My wife's 2006 X Premium has been showing Outside Temps in the 60-70 deg range, while it has been in the 80's and 90's. Today I pulled the sensor, and found it was around 2K from engine heat, and was 3K as spec'ed when cooled to room temp. No signs of corrosion or water. Filled connector with dielectric paste anyway. No change. Anything else I can check or do to restore normal function?
