neighbor has an 08 xt sport ltd with an auto 50K on the odometer. She bought new has leather, one wheel has slight curb and it has 1 ding few minor scuffs from loading golf bags in rear. She wants $12K for it, according to KBB & Nada it is a good price, but I've been out of the subaru game since 2005 when I sold my 04 XT. Any input would be great.

maybe, I don't know. I know it has sport front end, sti lip, oz wheels and rear spoiler she bought it new that way.
