What is the related between the steering wheel and the brakes?
When I'm standing with no movement on D with my foot on the brake pedal and turning the steering wheel there is noise from all of the front of the car, if i little bit raise my foot from the brake pedal and continue to turn the steering wheel it stops.
What could make this noise?
Level of fluids is ok both the steering wheel and the brakes, all 4 disks and pads are new.

A recording of the sound would be helpful.
I would guess the steering pump.
This would be working very hard with a stationary car. Maybe the belts are squealing?

It does not come from the belt area it's underneath the car, and it's not anoise of squealing.

Are the boots on your steering arms / tie rods ok? (not Cv boots).
Maybe the steering rack is grinding.

It looks fine I don't see any leaking or something,do you mean the inner and outer tie rods right?
