I just got done towing a 2500lb uhaul trailer from Tucson to Denver. I have a 08 2.5x with a curt hitch and a torqflo tranny cooler. It seemed to pull just fine going up and down the long hill going into Colorado. Checked the tranny fluid when I got done and its still bright red and nice. I don't know if I would see any problems right away though. Seems like you would be alright with a 1900lb trailer.
