New to the fozzie world
Hi everyone! I bought my first Subaru last Friday, its a marine blue pearl 2011 Forester XT Touring.
It has 70k miles on it and I am stoked! I plan on doing some off road mods in the future ie AT tires, 2" lift etc. Also planning on some engine performance upgrades down the road as well.
I work for a company that makes Subaru engine conversion kits for VW Vanagons and we also do in house conversions... Subaru engines are a little familiar. :wink2:
I just met a couple dudes who just started an overland fab shop. They are making a few vanagon peices for us, and they expressed interest in Some Subaru parts as well (fingers crossed). I'm thinking bumpers and swing-away tire carrier/jerry can shelf.
Anyway, I'm glad to be here and look forward making some new friends!
