Welcome, my guess is #2 NEPA - Definition by AcronymFinder. You can always edit your Profile to include a more specific location, you just might find someone else on here that shares your enthusiasm for Forester's. You can also add your vehicle information to your Signature, that way it'll show up every time you post making model specific responses easier for everyone. All of the above can be found in your User CP.

Welcome from a someone who grew up and visits Wilkes-Barre as well as recognizes the NEPA term.

You will find some other members from the SWB area also.

But remember, this is a global site, so there are others who post from UP ( upper peninsula of Michigan ) and use other terms we don't always recognize. Pleas take time to fill out your profile. It will save many messages about where you live, or what year/type Subaru you have.
