New Forester Owner in Annapolis, Maryland

Hello all. After extensive research (here and elsewhere) I picked up a 2005 Forester LL Bean edition with 139,000 miles from a small dealership in SE New Jersey. Will be a family vehicle seeing a lot of time with 17 year old daughter at the helm. I do need to have the vehicle gone through completely for peace of mind, as well as a Maryland inspection prior to state registration, and am looking for recommendations on a mechanic. I see that Annapolis Subaru is highly regarded for parts. Does the same go for service?
