Who were you talking to at the dealership? Any competent sales manager would address this with huge priority.

I am sure they will fix it. If they don't. I see a dealership getting lit up on the new car survey that Subaru sends to new owners.

They need to put in writing that they will fix it to your satisfaction If not just cancel the deal. You have several days. Do not let them crap on you!!!!

Absolutely! I did that to a dealer a few years ago for something similar. I was paying cash (well, company check) and when the dealer said there was nothing they could do about some paint damage, I tore up the sales paperwork AND the check and walked out the door. He actually chased me down and offered an upgraded vehicle at the same price.
