Anyone knows how to remove roof lining?

got rattle/squeak noise from moonroof bracket

found that annoying squeak noise ...it is from that bracket under moonroof ....the problem is how do I remove lining to fix it? anyone?

On an 09, I haven't a clue. One way (which is the way I go about doing things) is to start disassembling parts. If the headliner needs to come off, you need to remove anything attached to it and holding it up. (sun visors, grab handles, and possible the pillar trim pieces may be in the way as well. I know on my 04 it was a pretty involved disassembly, good luck.

Wouldn't that be covered under the 3 year warrantee? I'd check with the dealer if it's a free fix.

already did...

still got rattle sound

but...

today, I fixed that problem...:woohoo:

took off both B & C pillars (added some foam pad to bracket too) & rear cargo trim & head liner

found a screw loose (near rear passenger side ceiling handle)
