At the Local Watering Hole on Saturday night.

One of the Petrol Heads said, Colin McRaes Rally Car is at Stoke Prior Sports Club on show all BH Weekend.

Me & Wifelet got on the Walking Boots & did the Canal Walk (get rid of the garbage we have been eating & drinking this Weekend) & put us in the mood for a beer after the long walk.

We get there, find all these Motor Homes/Racing Homes etc.

The Guy who runs the Club says, you should have been here Yesterday??

Colin's Impreza has gone to another Event for today.

I can't understand it, today being BHW, I thought we would have got a lot of punters coming to see the great man's car?

You are not the first people today looking to see the Motor.

So there you go, missed a great chance.

Hollywood,

I know the great man is no longer with us.

Indeed, it was my good self that had the unenviable task of giving you people the bad news your side of the Pond.

It was his Rally Car that was on show to a load of Petrol Heads locally.

I wanted the privellege of seeing the great man;s car.


Me & Wifelet were disappointed.

It is a Holiday weekend here in the UK and, we thought it would have beeen brilliant to see the great car.

I hope this explains.

that's what i figured after i posted. sorry to hear you missed the car. it'll be back around hopefully.

As I have a piece of one of Colin's old cars in the dining room, I don't need to go out! (probably plenty more still lying out in the forests!)

Prodrive have just fully restored the first ever WRC Impreza (97) and there is also one of Colin's 98 cars running around in private hands.
