Mazda 6 Bose speaker into spare wheel well?

Hi

Has anyone tried to fit the below into the spare wheel well of the fsti? I’m looking to get rid of the sub box in the boot and replace with this.

A lot of guys on the Skoda forums run these and they offer a good alternative to under seat units.

Thoughts?

This could be another option if you don't mind the work involved....

No idea about that Bose speaker you posted.

I looked at the stock sub location and wiring. It’s a ball ache and a half. I’m super lazy! It’s a plan B of this Bose isn’t practical. According to the forums for the fiat club, briskoda, and various others it’s a good option if it fits and works.

Thinking about it, from memory there was a chap with a Black FSTI from the Surrey area that did something very similar putting a sub in that location to good effect. So I can't see why yours wouldn't work

No idea if it'll work or not, but I had one of those when I had a mazda 6. Thought it gave a pretty good sound, enough to make the rear view mirror vibrate but not enough to melt your earwax.
