An odd thing happened recently:
My headlights and fog lights are no longer working; however, my dash-light tells me that no matter if my brights are switched on or not, the brights indicator is on (it's the bright version, not dim). For background, almost exactly one year ago I did replace a fried wiring harness on the drivers side. Other than that it's 100% stock and nothing has been tampered with (although the car itself does have other issues, such as a squeaky AC compressor bearing and running slightly hot)
What I've done:
I've searched all over google for this issue, I find iterations of the problem, but not my exact problem.

What I've done:
- Checked all fuses - Good
- Switched relays - No change
- I do not have a test kit at this time
- Checked bulbs - Look good
- Haven't bought new ones because the dash-light leads me to believe that it's not a bulb issue.
- Pulled the hood fuse box and checked for loose connections underneath - Good
- Checked the battery (purchased in 2016) - 94% charged, charged it slowly to 100%, problem persists with lights
- I'm thinking that perhaps the switch for the brights has gone on the fritz.
- If the brights are on, I believe the fog lights do not work which would explain why those aren't working at the moment.
- My turn-signals, and circular honeycomb corner-esque lights still work.
