lift kit

looking for full lift kit fr forester s 99 in ontario or will ship here for good price, any help much appreciated, and if go 2 inchs up what tire size r people running, with stock struts and any running bagged coil based suspension set up? do they make them taller to go from stock height to higher or would this work? i live in pot hole hell so cant go low so high we go
