Looking to add a 2” ADF lift to my Forester. Strut toppers or lower lift brackets? I would like more space between my spring perch and tires (to eventually get even larger tires) but ultimately I’m just going for ground clearance. Has anybody ran either kits? Or both?

I have a 2" strut top lift on mine (from many years ago so not ADF) - plus other mods. The only way I managed to get more spring perch clearance was to have custom struts

@Kevin I am not concerned about Fuel Economy anymore, unfortunately most of my weekly driving is city so my fuel economy already sucks. I ended up not going very big on the tires. Just 215/65R16s. Haven't gotten the lift on yet, but it is on order from ADF. I went with strut top lift because it sounded like there was less of a concern for all parts involved with those instead of lower lift brackets.
