You aren't going to make all the money back for selling the APS intake. I say keep it and just swap in the stock airbox for now to run stage 1. Get a protune later. The CAI will net you more cool air and is less restrictive than the stock airbox. The protune is a much better decision for long term reliability and netting better fuel economy. If that is not your cup of tea and you are fine with just the OTS maps, you can always sell off the intake and get something else with that money. Also, the OTS maps are designed for only the intended specific parts so a larger TMIC will not be optimal with stage 1 or 2 and will require a protune as well...but if you are getting a larger TMIC I suggest getting a different turbo.
