What is the largest tire I can put on stock wheels; 6.5X16 (2007)
There are no modifications to the Forester at all, it is a bare bones X unit.
I will be driving this mainly in the winter (Minnesota) and commute to
work which is 75 miles round trip daily.
I am interested in an agressive tread, snow tire, etc.
I would like to know width, etc. that can be mounted without rubbing.

Thanks "pleiad7", duly noted. I have taken more time to read the threads, responses in that section of this forum. Now I understand better how this works (using a forum). Sorry for the mundane question.
