Hi all,

Just picked up a 2015 Forester Premiere in white today!

I've been a Forester fan for some time now.

Relatively high miles (85K) but my mechanic checked it out and said it's in excellent shape.

My mechanic does Subaru servicing. The 90K milestone servicing will cost me $300. Far cheaper than dealers service.

Just ordered my Weathertech front/rear, Subaru oem cargo liner and rear seat protector(had *no* floor mats).

Feels and looks great!

Not sure if changing the CVT fluid is part of your mechanic's 90k service, but if it is...

I would suggest having the CVT fluid done at a Subaru dealer or Subaru-only shop that is experienced with Subaru's CVT. Subaru's CVT fluid is not a simple drain and fill like with an automatic transmission. BTW, Subaru says the CVT fluid is lifetime in the US but many here disagree with that.
