Just wondering what size tires come from the factory on the JDM Forester STI w/ the 12-flat spoke super rare and expensive 18x8 +48 rims.

Thanks!

I know they came with Bridgestone PotenzasRE030 in 225/45/18.

235 is an unusual width in 18",so options are limited. Most 245s fit perfect on an 8" rim though. The stock FSTi rims are 18x7.5.

Are u sure on the rim size? I thought they were 8's?

The wide flat spoke wheels that came stock on the FSTi are 18x7.5 +48. The options skinny spoke wheels are 18x8.

I updated my ealier post since I remembered the stock tires are RE030s.

I had 3 oppertunities to own the stock FSTi wheels, but they are 25+ lbs a piece and that scared me. My Superleggeras are only 18 lbs, and 7 lbs a corner is a noticable difference.

Are you talking about the 10 Spoke FSTI rim? They are 18x7.5" 48mm Offset and come with 225/45/18 tyres but to keep the speedo accurate its best to use 235/45/18 tyres on them or 245/45/18s on wider rims.

Yes they do look good but they are quite heavy too, and for me as they were a OEM item I soon got sick of their look and sold off my 3 sets of them and now roll with something different. I think they look great on GTs tho.

Its a wheel that "looks" great but does nothing for performance. I'd rock them for shows but not as DD wheels.
